Special biryani recipe
Ingredients
1=chicken 1kg cut in pieces
2=rice 2kg boiled 70%
3=onion 2 medium size slice
4=Tomatoes 3-4 chopped
5=Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
6=green chili 2-3 chopped
7=coriander fresh chopped 3-4 tbsp
8=yogurt 1cup
9=red chili 1tbsp
10=coriander powder 1tbsp
11=cumin powder 1tbsp
12=turmeric powder 1tbsp
13=Salt 1tbsp
14=lemon juice 2-3 tbsp & Slices
15=butter 2-3 tbsp
16=oil 1cup
17=orange food color 1/2tbs
18=capsicum green & red cut slice
19=aji-no- moto (Chinese Salt )1 tbsp
20=chicken cub 1
whole spices
1=Black pepper 1tbsp
2=coriander 2 tbsp
3=cumin seeds 1tbsp
4=bay leaves 2-3
5=star anise 1-2
6=cardamom 3-4
7=cinnamon 1
Direction
In chicken add red chili,turmeric ,powder coriander powder ,mix spices powder ,lemon juice ,marinate for 1 hour set a side .
in pot add oil onion slice until golden brown and take out all onion from pot.
Now remaining oil in pot add whole spices Black pepper ,coriander ,cumin seeds ,bay leaves,cardamom ,cinnamon ,star anise and cook 1 minute now add Tomatoes chopped ,ginger garlic paste and cook 2-3 minutes medium heat.now add chicken marinate green and all spice powder ,yogurt ,butter and green chili mix well cook 6-8 minutes medium heat cover lid .
Next
now add add 70% boiled rice with chicken and set top of rice add capsicum green & red slices fried onion ,coriander fresh and orange food color cover lid and cook 15 minutes on low flame .after 15 minutes off flame leave biryani pot and serve hot special biryani with raita
