Ingredients

1=chicken 1kg cut in pieces
2=rice 2kg boiled 70%
3=onion 2 medium size slice
4=Tomatoes 3-4 chopped
5=Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
6=green chili 2-3 chopped
7=coriander fresh chopped 3-4 tbsp
8=yogurt 1cup

9=red chili 1tbsp
10=coriander powder 1tbsp
11=cumin powder 1tbsp
12=turmeric powder 1tbsp
13=Salt 1tbsp
14=lemon juice 2-3 tbsp & Slices
15=butter 2-3 tbsp
16=oil 1cup

17=orange food color 1/2tbs
18=capsicum green & red cut slice
19=aji-no- moto (Chinese Salt )1 tbsp
20=chicken cub 1

whole spices

1=Black pepper 1tbsp
2=coriander 2 tbsp
3=cumin seeds 1tbsp
4=bay leaves 2-3
5=star anise 1-2
6=cardamom 3-4
7=cinnamon 1

Direction

In chicken add red chili,turmeric ,powder coriander powder ,mix spices powder ,lemon juice ,marinate for 1 hour set a side .
in pot add oil onion slice until golden brown and take out all onion from pot.
Now remaining oil in pot add whole spices Black pepper ,coriander ,cumin seeds ,bay leaves,cardamom ,cinnamon ,star anise and cook 1 minute now add Tomatoes chopped ,ginger garlic paste and cook 2-3 minutes medium heat.now add chicken marinate green and all spice powder ,yogurt ,butter and green chili mix well cook 6-8 minutes medium heat cover lid .

Next

now add add 70% boiled rice with chicken and set top of rice add capsicum green & red slices fried onion ,coriander fresh and orange food color cover lid and cook 15 minutes on low flame .after  15 minutes off  flame leave biryani pot and serve hot special biryani with raita

ingredients
1=chicken 1000g cut in two pieces
2=egypt rice 1kg
3=milk 1kg
4=butter 100g
5=aji-no-moto 1tbsp
6=salt 1tbsp
7=whole onion 2medium size
8=Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
9=cardamom 3-4
cinnamon 1


Direction

In pot add 2 litter hot water ,add salt ,whole onion, cardamom ,cinnamon and chicken cook 30 minutes on medium heat .
after 30 minutes chicken transfer to a pan spread butter on top sprinkle Salt ,and Black pepper put in oven on medium heat for 20 minutes .


Next

another pot add remaining hot water add rice ,aji-no-moto ,salt mix well and cook 30 minutes .
Mix every 15 minutes to prevent rice from sticking to the bottom .
after 30 minutes add milk & butter cook another 10 minutes .
after 10 minutes off flame set in pot add roasted chicken and serve .

1=(بامیۃ) Okra 1kg Cut in pieces
2=onion 2 medium size slice
3=Tomatoes 3 medium size chopped
4=green chili 2 chopped
5=garlic 3-4 chopped
6=coriander powder 1 tbsp
7=cumin powder 1 tbsp
8=Black pepper 1/2tbsp
9=turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
10=lemon juice 2tbsp
11=Salt 1/2 tbsp
12=chicken cube 1
13=oil 1/2 cup


Direction

in pot add oil and onion slice fry until soft,add garlic and cook 2-3 minutes .now add Tomato chopped ,green chili and all spices mix well and cook until Tomatoes soft.
Now add okra (بامیۃ) ,lemon juice,stir well and cover lid cook 10-12 minutes low heat or until soft and leave off the flame ,set a side and serve rice or (chappati -khubaz)

potato peas recipe

1=potato 1kg Cut in cube size
2=peas 250g
3=coriander 1tbsp
4=turmeric powder 1tbsp
5=ginger garlic 1tbsp
6=Red chili 1/2tbsp
7=Cumin powder 1tbsp
8=Tomato 2chopped
9=onion 1medium chopped
10=Salt 1/2 or (for test)
11=oil 1/2 cup
12=water 2 cup
13=chicken cub 1
14=Carrot 2 .cut in small pecies

Direction

In a pan heat oil add onion chopped cook until golden brown .
add Ginger garlic paste ,Tomato chopped and all spices cook 1-2 minutes .
Now add potato,carrot and peas stir well ,cook 5 minutes medium heat.
after 5 minutes add 2cup water and mix well,cover with lid and cook 10-12 minutes medium heat .

After 12 minutes off the flame and
set a side and serve with rice or (chappati)

Next

in the bowl Cabbage red & white leaves cuts chopped,add mayonnaise 3tbsp ,lemon juice ,Salt pepper and mix well set in pot and serve in lunch

1=zucchini 500g

8=onion 1larg size
9=Tomatoes 2medium size
10=salt 1tbsp
11=turmeric powder 1/2tbsp
12=oil 3-4tbsp

Next

zucchini cuts in 3.c slice and wash well,
in the pan add oil on heat add onion chopped until golden brown now add ginger garlic paste ,zucchini slice ,all spices and mix well and cook on medium heat 4-5 minutes ,now  add Tomatoes chopped and Tomato paste and cook 5 minutes .

after 5 minutes add 2cup water stir well and lid cover 8-10 minutes on low heat .
after 10 minutes leave the pan from heat set a side ,zucchini curry gravy is ready to serve with rice or (roti -khubbaz)

Tabbouleh salad made mostly of fine chopped parsley with Tomatoes ,mint onion ,bulgur and seasoned with olive oil ,lemon juice ,Salt and pepper some veriations add semolina instead of bulgur .

2=onion 2 medium size chopped
3=Tomato 3 medium size chopped
4=Green chilies 4 pecies
5=Green coriander
6=Red chili 1 tbsp
7=Black pepper 1 tbsp
8=coriander powder 1 tbsp
9=Turmic powder 1/2 tbsp
10=Mix spices powder 1 tbsp
11=Salt 1tbsp or test
12=Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
13=Tomato paste 2tbsp

Direction

In the pan heat oil 1 big spon fry onion until brown add meat and fry 8-10 minutes ,add ginger garlic paste and cook 4-5 minutes add red chili,salt ,coriander powder ,Black pepper ,turmic powder ,mix spices and stir well 2 minutes ,than add Tomatos chopped and Tomato paste cook 5 minutes and
water then bring to boil and cover to cook on low flame until Meat is tender and water reduces for approximately 30-40 minutes .
keep mixing and once oil starts to separate add green chilies when oil separates fully add sprinkle with mix spices powder and green corianders and Arabic Meat dish ready ,
serve with chappati or rice .

1=chicken 2kg 4pieces

3=Black pepper 1 tbsp
4=yogurt 1 cup

5=Ginger garlic  paste 1 tbsp
6=coriander powder 1 tbsp
7=salt 1 tbsp
8=food color 1pinch
9=lemon juice 3 tbdp
10=cumin powder
11=olive oil 2tbsp

Direction

Add mark /cuts on chicken pieces ,add yogurt ,red chili Black pepper ,salt,coriander powder ,ginger garlic paste ,lemon juice,food color ,cumin,olive oil and mix well to set side for 4 hours


Next

in pot add 10 glass water bring in to boil and place wrap pieces in steamer basket over water and close with lid ,cook chicken with steam 45 minutes .
after 45 minutes remove the chicken from pot and ejoy sSpicy steam chicken with friends.
