Spicy whole fish fry recipe

                 =SPICY WHOLE FISH FRY=



Ingredients

1=Whole fish 6 pieces (500g each )
2=lemon juice 3 tbsp.
3=salt 2 tbsp.
4=red chili powder 4 tbsp
5=black pepper 1 tbsp.
6= white vinegar 2 tbsp.
7=turmeric power 1/2 tbsp.
8=1 tbsp. green cardamoms
9= 2 tbsp. Coriander seeds
10=corn flour for coating
11=oil (for deep fry)
12=yogurt 1cup
Next

First Clean the fish and cuts on top ,then marinate salt,lemon juice and keep it side

Next

Meanwhile in mixer grinder add all the ingredients along with yogurt and ground to paste .
Now stuff and coat first really well with masala paste .
If there is any leftover masala .just store in fridge, it keeps well for a 2 hours.


Next

Now coat well with corn flour and heat deep oil in frying pan on medium heat.
Fry until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with rice.




Simple rice & chicken piece

                        = Rice And Chicken Piece=


1= 3 whole Chicken (1000g each)
2=Butter (50g)
3=1Tbsp.salt
4=1/2Tbsp.black pepper

Whole Chicken cut in two parts (each)
Now Turn on flame medium high heat and boil water in pot
Add chicken 6 pieces biol in 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes chicken transfer in to pan and spread butter on top ,sprinkle salt and black peppers.
Now cook in oven on medium heat for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the chicken from oven .



White rice

1=500g rice basmti
2=4Tbsp.oil
3=1Tbsp.salt
4=clove (5)
5=Cardamom (5)

First soak the rice with plenty of water in 20 minutes
In to pot add oil with clove and cardamom over heat for 2 minutes, bring the water about two litre mix oil in the pot.

After boiling water add salt, rice and stir well and cook in to the high flame for minimum 10 minutes.
Now check the all water has absorbed,cover with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame .
After 10 minutes turn off the flame and keep the side.

Now in another pot set rice and add the chicken on the top .
And serve hot immediately with family.

EGGPLANT FRY

Today I'm use eggplant and egg to make a delicious dish.

First prepared 2 eggplants ,only use middle parts and cut in to 0.8cm thick pieces.
Put all the pieces in salt water and soak for 5 minutes to avoid oxidative discolouration.

Prepared half a carrot,cut the slice first and then shred, dice the shredded carrot in to pieces and put them in a bowl .
Finally chop some spring onions and put it in the bowl.

Now use a spoon to empty the middle of the eggplant,just like this.


Put it a side , then shred and dice the eggplant just scooped out with a spoon.
Put all the chopped carrot, spring onions, eggplant in to a bowl, then cracks 2 eggs.
Now first mix eggs with the chopped material season with salt and peppers.

Now add a spoonful of flour and mix well, stir all things in to a viscous batter .



Now preheating backing pan and brush oil,and put the eggplant circle in aide, then put the batter in to eggplant circle with the spoon don't put it too full.

Now cover the lid for 2,3 minutes, turn it over after 2 minutes.
Repeatedly frying until golden brown on both sides.
About 4,5 minutes in total.


Now eggplant dish is ready, its so simple and delicious and try this recipe in breakfast .



Chicken Pasta with bechamel sauce

   CHICKEN PASTA WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE

1 large size onion
2 Chicken breast
2 Bell peppers
2 Clover Garlic
1Tbsp.tomato paste
1Tbsp.cumin
1Tbsp.Paprika
1Tbsp.all- purpose seasoning
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. parsley
500g pasta
Drizzle olive oil
Salt+pepper (to test)
Cheddar cheese+ mozzarella

Next

Bechamel sauce

1 litre milk
100g flour
100g butter
1/4 nutmeg
Salt+pepper


Next

Heat skillet medium high heat, drizzle of olive oil add onion until golden brown, clover of garlic,2 chicken breast cuts in to cub's and cook well until turn white about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add tomato paste ,2 diced bell peppers 1tbsp cumin,1tbsp paprika, 1tbsp all purpose seasoning,1/2 oregano 1/2tbsp parsley, fresh black pepper and salt to test.
Cook well until peppers are tender


Next

Boil pasta

500g pasta boiling water add 1tbsp salt, stir and boil 10 minutes.

Next

Bechamel sauce

melt butter on medium heat add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stir well gradually pour in 1liter of milk while stirring constantly.
Keep stirring until you have smooth thick and add salt, pepper, nutmeg .
Drain pasta

now add pasta and chicken transfer half amount of large baking dish,spread half of the bechamel sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese, add the rest of pasta and remaining bechamel sauce and top with cheese.
Bake 200c/400f/gas until golden brown (about 20 minutes).







SPAGHETTI MEAT SAUCE

Ingredients

1=10 ounces spaghetti
2=2Tbsp.Olive oil
3=1 Cup onion chopped
4=2Tbsp.minced garlic
5=1 Pound ground round beef
6=(24 oz each) traditional pasta sauce
Grated permesan cheese optional


Direction

1.=cook spaghetti according to the package directions
2.=meanwhile oil in large skillet over medium high heat, add onion and garlic, cook 3 minutes or until onion is tender stirring frequently.
Add beef ,cook 10 minutes or until beef is crumbled and longer pink,stirring occasionally drain.
3.=Add pasta sauce to skillet,stir together simmer covered over medium low heat 8 minutes or until hot.
4.=Dish out garnish with some Presley and serve immediately.

POTATO KEBABS

      (POTATO KEBABS)

INGREDIENTS

1=1kg potatoes (boiled & grated)
2=1Tbsp. Salt
3=1Tbsp. Ajena moto
4=1Tbsp.Coriander powder
5=2Tbsp.Mango powder (amchor masala)
6=1Tbsp.mint (chopped)
7=1/2 Tbsp.red chili
8=1Tbsp.ginger garlic paste
9=4 Green chilies
10=magi 1cube
11=1 Egg (beaten)
12=Oil 1cup (as desired for fry)



Next

Put the ready boiled & grated potatoes in a big bowl
Add all ingredients except egg mix well
Take a small amount of this mixture in hand and flatten to disc shape
Dip in the beaten egg & then fry in pan on medium heat till they turn golden brown


Serve with ketchup ,raita or as side dish with any thing

Ingredients

1=Whole chicken 1kg
2=Lemon juice 4tbsp
3=Ginger 4 piece
4=Garlic paste 1tbsp
5=Green chili 4 piece
6=Tomato 2 pieces
7=Arabian spices 2tbsp
8=yogurt 1cup
9=Olive oil 4tbsp
10=Salt half tbsp
11=Onion 2 medium size
12=Red chilli powder 1tbsp
13=black pepper powder


Marinate

Divide each chicken length wise into two pieces.
Blend the ingredient ginger, garlic, onion, green chili, lemon juice and tomato into fine paste,mix with red chili black pepper, yogurt Arabian masala and salt mix well.
This grated masala mix into chicken, so that all chicken coated with paste.
Marinate chicken pieces with spice paste keep in for 2-3 hours, even over night in refrigerator.

To Grill

Place the chicken on hot side of the grate directly above the coals,per side turn every 2,3 minutes and brush with olive oil until golden brown.
If you insert the tip of knife into middle of the thickest piece and juices should run clear, the chicken is ready and serve with sauce.
