Ingredients

For the Dough

1=all purpose flour 1/2 kg
2=sugar 2 tbsp
3=yeast 2 tbsp
4=salt 1/2 tbsp
5=butter 3 tbsp
6=warm water 1-1/2 cup

For sauce

1=garlic 5 clove chopped
2=tomato 1 medium size chopped
3=ketchup 4tbsp
4=salt for test
5=Chat masala
6=cariander powder 1/2 tbsp
7=chili powder/black pepper 1/2 tbsp
8=butter 3 tbsp

For set over dough

1=red capsicum 1/2 slice
2=green capsicum 1/2 slice
3=black olive 20 peace
4=green chilli 2 chopped
5=mozzarella( like you)

Direction

In the bowl add yeast ,sugar, salt, butter, warm water and flour mix well stir dough look soft and cover airtight space approximately for dough to rise about 30 minutes set aside.

Next

For sauce in the fry pan 3 tbsp butter on medium heat add garlic chopped until golden brown now add tomato chopped, all spices and cook well  and lid cover 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes take out the sauce and transfer into bowl set aside.

Next

Punch down & knead dough after 30 minutes of rest.
Roll your dough round for pizza dough and grease your backing tray with oil and place your dough over it.
Prick holes all over the dough with a fork and spread pizza sauce, slice of red &green capsicum,black olive and mozzarella all over the dough .

Backing 25-30 minutes in oven 180°c ,or until brown .
Your delicious and soft pizza ready to eat.

Ingredients for boiling spaghetti

1=Spaghetti 1packet
2= water 2 litters
3=salt 1tbsp
4= oil 4 tbsp

For sauce

1=oil 5tbsp
2=salt 1/2 tbsp
3=lemon 1tbsp
4=butter 1tbsp
5=black pepper 1/2tbsp
6=chicken cube 1peace
7=mice spices 1tbsp
8=green chili 2
9=tomato chopped 1 large size
10=onion 1 medium size chopped
11=fresh coriander for serve
12=ginger garlic paste

Next

In fry pot 5tbsp oil heat on low flame add chopped onion and garlic until golden brown add tomato chopped, all spices and stir well and lid cover 5 minutes.

Next

In the pot remove the water from spaghetti and mix in the sauce quickly and add fresh cariander on top and serve with friends

Ingredients

1= Rice 3kg
2= potato 7-8 medium size
3= Tomato 1/2 kg
4= All spices powder 2tbsp
5= Red chilli powder 1tbsp
6= Turmeric powder 2tbsps
7= salt 2tbsp
8= chicken cube 2 peace
9= black pepper whole 20
10= clove's 5
11= cinnamon stick 4-5
12=Green chilli 10 peace
13= Green cardamom 4-5
14= coriander seeds 3tbsp
15= onion 3medium size
16= Oil 2cups
17= Ginger,garlic paste 4-5tbsp

Next

First in pot wash basmati rice for 30 minutes in side
In wok cooking oil 2 cup add onions chopped until golden brown add ginger garlic paste 2minutes and add potatoes and all spices powder including all whole spices, tomatoes and cook well 5-6 minutes.
After 6 minutes add hot water 6 litter's add green chilies and salt lid cover 2-3 minutes or boiling water add rice stir well and lid cover in medium high flame heat for 8-10 minutes or reduce water.


After reduce water, flame keep on low for 20mts.
After 20 minutes rice is ready and add chicken roast with potato rice test is too much. serve with friends




Spicy whole fish fry recipe

                 =SPICY WHOLE FISH FRY=



Ingredients

1=Whole fish 6 pieces (500g each )
2=lemon juice 3 tbsp.
3=salt 2 tbsp.
4=red chili powder 4 tbsp
5=black pepper 1 tbsp.
6= white vinegar 2 tbsp.
7=turmeric power 1/2 tbsp.
8=1 tbsp. green cardamoms
9= 2 tbsp. Coriander seeds
10=corn flour for coating
11=oil (for deep fry)
12=yogurt 1cup
Next

First Clean the fish and cuts on top ,then marinate salt,lemon juice and keep it side

Next

Meanwhile in mixer grinder add all the ingredients along with yogurt and ground to paste .
Now stuff and coat first really well with masala paste .
If there is any leftover masala .just store in fridge, it keeps well for a 2 hours.


Next

Now coat well with corn flour and heat deep oil in frying pan on medium heat.
Fry until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with rice.




Simple rice & chicken piece

1= 3 whole Chicken (1000g each)
2=Butter (50g)
3=1Tbsp.salt
4=1/2Tbsp.black pepper

Whole Chicken cut in two parts (each)
Now Turn on flame medium high heat and boil water in pot
Add chicken 6 pieces biol in 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes chicken transfer in to pan and spread butter on top ,sprinkle salt and black peppers.
Now cook in oven on medium heat for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes take the chicken from oven .



White rice

1=500g rice basmti
2=4Tbsp.oil
3=1Tbsp.salt
4=clove (5)
5=Cardamom (5)

First soak the rice with plenty of water in 20 minutes
In to pot add oil with clove and cardamom over heat for 2 minutes, bring the water about two litre mix oil in the pot.

After boiling water add salt, rice and stir well and cook in to the high flame for minimum 10 minutes.
Now check the all water has absorbed,cover with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame .
After 10 minutes turn off the flame and keep the side.

Now in another pot set rice and add the chicken on the top .
And serve hot immediately with family.

EGGPLANT FRY

Today I'm use eggplant and egg to make a delicious dish.

First prepared 2 eggplants ,only use middle parts and cut in to 0.8cm thick pieces.
Put all the pieces in salt water and soak for 5 minutes to avoid oxidative discolouration.

Prepared half a carrot,cut the slice first and then shred, dice the shredded carrot in to pieces and put them in a bowl .
Finally chop some spring onions and put it in the bowl.

Now use a spoon to empty the middle of the eggplant,just like this.


Put it a side , then shred and dice the eggplant just scooped out with a spoon.
Put all the chopped carrot, spring onions, eggplant in to a bowl, then cracks 2 eggs.
Now first mix eggs with the chopped material season with salt and peppers.

Now add a spoonful of flour and mix well, stir all things in to a viscous batter .



Now preheating backing pan and brush oil,and put the eggplant circle in aide, then put the batter in to eggplant circle with the spoon don't put it too full.

Now cover the lid for 2,3 minutes, turn it over after 2 minutes.
Repeatedly frying until golden brown on both sides.
About 4,5 minutes in total.


Now eggplant dish is ready, its so simple and delicious and try this recipe in breakfast .



Chicken Pasta with bechamel sauce

   CHICKEN PASTA WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE

1 large size onion
2 Chicken breast
2 Bell peppers
2 Clover Garlic
1Tbsp.tomato paste
1Tbsp.cumin
1Tbsp.Paprika
1Tbsp.all- purpose seasoning
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. parsley
500g pasta
Drizzle olive oil
Salt+pepper (to test)
Cheddar cheese+ mozzarella

Next

Bechamel sauce

1 litre milk
100g flour
100g butter
1/4 nutmeg
Salt+pepper


Next

Heat skillet medium high heat, drizzle of olive oil add onion until golden brown, clover of garlic,2 chicken breast cuts in to cub's and cook well until turn white about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes add tomato paste ,2 diced bell peppers 1tbsp cumin,1tbsp paprika, 1tbsp all purpose seasoning,1/2 oregano 1/2tbsp parsley, fresh black pepper and salt to test.
Cook well until peppers are tender


Next

Boil pasta

500g pasta boiling water add 1tbsp salt, stir and boil 10 minutes.

Bechamel sauce

melt butter on medium heat add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stir well gradually pour in 1liter of milk while stirring constantly.
Keep stirring until you have smooth thick and add salt, pepper, nutmeg .
Drain pasta

now add pasta and chicken transfer half amount of large baking dish,spread half of the bechamel sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese, add the rest of pasta and remaining bechamel sauce and top with cheese.
Bake 200c/400f/gas until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
